Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out the works assigned to him/her according to the quality standards of the Constructor, the works being recorded in the Repair Order, according to the repair norms;
- Inform the Reception through the Head of Workshop / Head of Service about any additional repairs that are necessary, in order to obtain approval from the Client;
- Fill in the Fact-finding Sheet with additional repair operations that appear during the work, with additional parts to be replaced and with complete data for identifying the parts;
- Fill in the Repair Order with the operations performed after the completion of the works assigned to him/her;
- Inform the Reception through the Head of Workshop / Head of Service at the end of the work;
- Keep the replaced parts to present them to the Client or the Receptionist;
- Clean, store and send to the Warranty Manager all the parts replaced under warranty;
- Inform the Head of Workshop / Head of Service and Reception about any problem that would influence the parking time of the car in the Workshop beyond the approved term;
- Report to the Head of Workshop / Head of Service any defect of tools or equipment that may affect future work or labour protection;
- Maintain the protective equipment (overalls, shoes, etc.);
- He/she is responsible for his/her own state (physical and mental) necessary in the optimal development of the activity;
- Wear the protective equipment provided;
- Maintain the protective equipment (overalls, shoes, etc.);
- Follow all instructions and work procedures that have been brought to his/her attention;
- Comply with the decisions of hierarchical superiors;
- Carry out his/her activity with maximum involvement in order to reach the quantitative and qualitative objectives;
- Develop the technical knowledge necessary for the activity to be carried out continuously, participating in the training courses to which he/she is sent;
- Maintain fair and decent behaviour towards colleagues and the company;
- Ensure cleanliness in the workshop;
- Mount on the vehicle all the parts specified in the “Repair order”;
- Keep replaced parts until the vehicle is delivered;
- The quality of the executed works, disciplinary or material, as the case may be;
- Observe the circuit of documents with special regime;
- Observe the dispositions given by the hierarchically superior, disciplinary and / or material manager;
- Observe the labour protection norms and PSI for himself/herself;
- Manage the company’s patrimony related to his/her activity;
- Ensure confidentiality through the documentation put in the informational circuit.
Requirements
- Qualification in the field with certificate / diploma etc;
- Metal locksmith experience at least 3 years;
- Technical drawing knowledge;
- Knowledge of specialized terminology;
- Welding knowledge.

- Vehicle mounting of all the parts specified in the “Repair Order”, which were taken out of the company’s management as well as those brought by the customer, provided that the quality indicators are observed;

Purchasing Assistant

Functional
- Internal: Warranty and Quality Manager, Technical Coordinator, Service Reception Advisor, Spare Parts Sales Agency;

Duties
- Achieve the objectives and fulfilling the tasks imposed by the Spare Parts Manager, the After Sales Manager and the Company Management;
- Improve the communication with the spare parts departments of the external suppliers;
- Make orders for spare parts in writing to suppliers in max. 24 hours from receiving the order from the customer;
- Ensure that all conditions (financial, technical, etc.) are met to place an order with suppliers;
- Identify potential suppliers and develops business relationships with them;
- Actively participate in the negotiation of contracts and the establishment of commercial conditions with new or existing suppliers;
- Monthly reports on rotation speed and age of spare parts stock;
- Periodically make proposals to reduce / liquidate the stock for products older than 180 days;
- Periodically evaluate the processes carried out in the subordinated services / departments and proposes, as the case may be, the modification of the procedures that regulate these processes;
- Any kind of reports or requests from the direct superior;
- Finding flexible and cost-oriented ways to transport spare parts from suppliers in Romania;
- Responsibility for the formed stocks and their permanent completion so that the stock is complete according to the market requirements;
- Check and maintain the accuracy of data on items in the Charisma database;
- Correct information of the service and spare parts sales representatives on the offered product;
- Support and assist the after sales department in carrying out spare parts orders;
- Ethics and behaviour representative of the Company’s image;
- Take orders from customers and honours them as soon as possible;
- Notify the Service Department and / or the Parts Department of any delays in carrying out their order;
- Prepare correctly the documents for delivery and sale (shipping notice and invoice);
- Announce the Warranty and Quality Manager as soon as possible after the arrival of the spare parts ordered by him;
- Achieve general and specific objectives of quality, environment and occupational safety and health;
- Provide training to subordinate staff, specific to the activity carried out.
